If a particular address is spamming your forms or hammering your site, you can block it.
Block an address
- Log in to cPanel and open Security → IP Blocker.
- Enter the IP address or range. Examples: a single address (192.0.2.10), a range (192.0.2.1-192.0.2.40), or CIDR notation (192.0.2.0/24).
- Click Add.
To unblock an address, find it under Currently-Blocked IP Addresses and click Delete.
Tip: Find troublesome addresses under Metrics → Visitors or Raw Access in cPanel. Be careful with large ranges — you could block legitimate visitors.
