A forwarder sends a copy of every message that arrives at one address to another address — handy for sending info@yourdomain.com to your personal inbox, or to several people at once.
Forward a single address
- Log in to cPanel and open Email → Forwarders.
- Click Add Forwarder.
- Enter the Address to Forward and choose the domain.
- Under Destination, choose Forward to Email Address and enter where the mail should go.
- Click Add Forwarder.
To send to several people, add one forwarder per destination for the same address.
Forward a whole domain
On the Forwarders page, click Add Domain Forwarder to send all mail for one domain to another domain (for example, everything @old-domain.com to the same name @new-domain.com).
Tip: The address you’re forwarding doesn’t need its own mailbox. If it does have one, mail is kept there and forwarded.
Remove a forwarder
Find the forwarder in the list on the Forwarders page and click Delete.
